With the issuance of this homologation license, Indonesia’s flagship circuit in The Mandalika, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), has been declared compliant with FIM standards for hosting FIM Grand Prix World Championship events, including the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026.The Grade A Homologation was issued following a final inspection conducted by FIM on October 8, 2026, as part of the process for issuing a new homologation license valid for the 2026 FIM Grand Prix World Championships season.The circuit license, numbered 1277, officially certifies that Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia complies with the FIM Standards for Circuits for hosting FIM Grand Prix World Championship events. The license grants the circuit Grade A status for 2026.The circuit measures 4,301 meters in length, with the pole position located on the left side. The Mandalika, October 6, 2026 — PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero), or InJourney Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), together with the Government of West Nusa Tenggara Province, is finalizing spectator transportation services for the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026, which will take place on October 9–11, 2026, at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit.As part of the preparations, a total of 42 shuttle units have been prepared to support spectator mobility to The Mandalika on October 10–11, 2026, through five routes: Bangsal-(IC) Bale Kita with 2 units, Lembar-Mandalika  with 2 units, (IC) Bale Kita-Mandalika with 34 units, and Zaimuddin Abdul Majid International Airport (BIZAM)-Mandalika with 2 units.For the main (IC) Bale Kita-Mandalika route, shuttle services to the area will operate from 07:00 to 12:00 WITA, while return trips from Mandalika to Selaparang will operate from 15:00 to 22:00 WITA. Under the prepared scheme, shuttle services on this route will operate at 15-minute intervals.To ensure that the transportation scheme operates effectively on the ground, ITDC and the Government of West Nusa Tenggara Province conducted a Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 Transportation Activity Simulation on Monday (October 5). The simulation tested the readiness of shuttle services, travel routes, passenger pick-up and drop-off points, as well as spectator movements to and from The Mandalika area.Chairman of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 and Director of Operations of ITDC, Troy Warokka, said that the transportation arrangements were designed to provide convenience for spectators while supporting smooth mobility throughout the event.“We want people coming to watch the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 to have clear and easily accessible transportation options. Therefore, we are ensuring the readiness of the shuttle services, routes, pick-up and drop-off points, as well as traffic arrangements to the area through coordination and joint simulations with all relevant stakeholders,” said Troy.In addition to the external shuttle services, ITDC, in collaboration with DAMRI, is providing 118 buse for internal shuttle services to support spectator mobility within the area.
